Common frustrations are:
“I don’t know what to eat to hit my protein” or “I don’t know what to buy”
So I’ve made this easy Weekly Shop that I did myself last weekend.
This shop contained the essential things that make their way into my shopping trolley each week.
1. Chicken Breasts – 19 to 1 protein to fat ratio
2. Salmon
3. Rum Steak – packed with zinc, iron & vitamin B
4. Eggs – contain all 9 essential amino acids
5. Tuna – 26g of protein and only 1g fat per tin
6. Skyr yoghurt – high in protein
7. Macadamia nuts – great snack, low in carbs and sugar
