We cater for all Fitness Levels, so don't worry if you're getting back into exercise we will be there to support you every step of the way. You will never train on your own, every session we run is designed and taken by a Personal Trainer. Our team is here to guide, support and motivate you through your session, ensuring that you get the most out of your training, and achieve the most amazing results possible.

12 WEEK BODY TRANSFORMATION

Our constantly varied Bootcamp sessions will keep you motivated and energised whilst delivering the body the most effective workouts which will increase your metabolism and send your body into fat burning overdrive.

8 WEEK BODY TRANSFORMATION

1:1 PERSONAL TRAINING

Bespoke exercise and nutrition programmes to help you achieve your health and fitness Goals in a 1-1 private setting.

Receive an individual programme designed for your specific goals.

YOGA

Our yoga sessions will help improve your strength, balance and flexibility as well as preventing cartilage and joint breakdown. All while allowing you time to relax and energise your brain.

FOREVER FLEX

Our forever flex sessions are designed for over 60’s we work on building up strength along with cardiovascular exercises to keep you active and improve your mobility.

  • 30 minute sessions to keep you active
  • Focusing on strength, balance and exercises to get the heart rate up
  • Meet like minded people in our community and get fit
  • As we get older is so important to find time to focus on our health and fitness but have fun at the same time

BOXCAMP SESSIONS

Boxcamp classes will build endurance and stamina. During a Boxcamp session you use your entire body and receive a full cardiovascular workout. Building muscle mass and burning lots of calories all in one workout means for good results, fast.

Comfortable & Supportive Atmosphere

We are NOT a Military Bootcamp. Our Trainers and Members will support you throughout your FREE Trial and you will feel part of the Fitness Flex Family
