Fitness Flex Limited utilise some products or services that may be hosted/stored in non-EU countries, which means that we may transfer any information which is submitted by you through the website outside of the EAA for the below purposes:-

Facebook, Instagram, Survey Monkey, Stripe & Go Cardless. 

Therefore, when you use our website/send us an email/sign up to our newsletter, sign up for a free trial/consultation or membership the personal information you submit may be stored on servers hosted in non-EU countries. If this is the case we will take necessary steps to ensure there is a protection for you personal information and abide by the strict agreements/legislation and measures set out by Fitness Flex Limited to protect your data and comply with the data protection laws.

How long will we keep your data for?

Fitness Flex Limited will only retain personal information for as long as it is necessary. We are required by UK tax laws to keep your basic date for a minimum of 6 years after which time it will be destroyed. 

Where you have consented to us to use your information for marketing, we will keep such data until you notify us otherwise or withdraw your consent. 

We will keep our members data for the duration of being a member and then 6 years thereafter.
