Have you wondered what the difference is between our 12 Week Body Transformation & normal bootcamp sessions? Well lets break it down for you.
12 Week Body Transformation
- Runs every 12 weeks – you attend either 2 sessions or 3 sessions a week at the same time and days each week
- Sessions are 55 minute long and take place in our PT area. We focus on pushing, pulling and leg exercises
- Small group personal training.You train with the same group of 6 people and the same trainer each week. The Personal trainer will understand you individual goals and ensure the programme is designed to help you reach them
- We track EVERYTHING. Each week we weigh and measure you to see if you are on/off track to achieve your goals. We also get you to track the weights you are using throughout the sessions to ensure you are progressing
- FOOD glorious FOOD! We drill down on your diet with you. We get you to track your food and post daily in your VIP group. We make sure your eating the right amount of food and types of food for reaching your goals!
- You can attend 3 or unlimited sessions a week. We are open 7 days a week with sessions running from 5.20am to 9pm. With our flexible online booking system you can attend different sessions each week
- Sessions are 45 minutes long. Each day is different you don’t know what you get until you show up
- Up to 15 people per session, all sessions are led by a qualified Personal Trainer
- We have loads of recipe books, food diaries and nutritional information to help you on your journey
