I have always hated the egos of gyms and was recommended by a friend to try Fitness Flex. It took me nearly a year to pluck up the courage to join and I kick myself for not doing it sooner. The whole group are like a family and they give so much support and encouragement. Everyone is a different shape/size/fitness level but we all work together to get healthy. I can't recommend this place high enough and what it has done for not only my confidence but my ability to enjoy my energetic kids too

People should join with a positive can do attitude and be willing to at least try and then set personal goals on what they want to achieve. Everyone is motivational and friendly it's a great atmosphere at Boxcamp, Bootcamp and the running club.

I am one of those people that need pushing and exercise needs to be fun my friend recommended fitness flex. I live in Alton so to travel to Basingstoke the gym has to special. And it is Steve and ash are so friendly and welcoming and have great tips and knowledge and if you want them to they will push you till breaking point lol. I have done 2 box camps and 1 boot camp and I love it soon as one class is finished I can't wait till the next one, I cannot recommend this place and its staff enough !!!!

Now this is what I call a work out! Loads of sweat, calories burnt, friends being made, and coaches that drive you to be better every time you turn up. I haven't lost loads of weight, but it doesn't matter, as I have lost inches round my waist and pretty much everywhere and building muscle that can actually be seen. Besides I feel healthier and stronger and fitter than ever before. Highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to get fitter snf and stronger

I'm the least likely person to ever join a bootcamp, let alone leave a 5 star review of one. I'm very fat, have HATED exercise all my life (having been horrendously bullied for my lack of sporting prowess at school) , have a bad back and am so unfit it's laughable. I'll admit I nearly cried just walking in the door on my first day here just over four weeks ago. But all the members have been incredibly welcoming and friendly , nobody has laughed at my pitiful efforts to just survive the 45 minute class, and some of the fittest ladies in the class have actually been the most encouraging! Steve Dennis in particular has been so supportive and kind that he deserves a special mention - there's no shouting at you here - he constantly helps me adapt exercises to something I can actually attempt, and I certainly never thought I'd get a high five from a PT for managing to do a single press up!! Seriously, if you're worrying about whether you can survive bootcamp, don't - if I can make it through a class, ANYONE can. One of the slogans on the wall says "If you can't run, walk, and if you can't walk... crawl". I've spent a lot of time crawling over the past few weeks, but it's still better than sitting at home on the sofa!
