I have been a qualified personal trainer for 3 years and have loved every minute of it. I enjoy circuits and body weight training both inside and outside, anything that pushes me past my limits and makes me work hard.
2nd March 2015 I walked through the door of the church hall for my first bootcamp session. I was a total mess, weighing in just over 17 stone, I was unhappy, unhealthy and had no confidence. 2 years on its time to give it back! I got healthy, happy and confident. I understand nutrition and how my body works. I have qualified as a bootcamp instructor and a P90X instructor. Next up Personal Trainer!

I never used to enjoy the gym or working out until I discovered Bootcamp. I first started as a client and then decided to go into business with my partner as I found my passion for it.
I love to see members develop through their fitness by getting stronger, confident and losing weight. I am a perfectionist at heart and like to focus on people getting their form accurate. It s the best job seeing people achieve the unthinkable and pushing themselves to limits they did not think possible.

My journey began like many others, I was heavily obese with a food & drink problem. Ive since lost 7 stone; competed in many obstacle course runs, running clubs & cycling events. I love to inspire, motivate & help others to achieve their goals.

I always enjoyed keeping fit in the gym and through cycling. In 2009 I suffered a complex ankle injury and I could not exercise for over a year. Following the final surgery I decided to give Yoga a try in the hope of improving my ankle strength & getting rid of my back & shoulder ache I got thanks to crutches. After my first session I was hooked! Within 6 weeks I could balance on one leg and soon my shoulder & back pain was thing of the past. In 2012 I travelled to India and completed my Teacher training. I love sharing my experience & knowledge with others who are looking to improve their fitness, flexibility, body shape or are simply looking to de-stress. The best feeling in the world is to see someone achieve something they never thought possible!
I lived in Cyprus as a DJ for 7 years leading an unhealthy lifestyle of excessive drinking and eating. When I returned to England I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. I would not accept my illness so I changed my diet and introduced exercise. I taught himself the hard way and within 2 years I had reversed my Type 2 Diabetes.
I loved the feeling that he got from achieving what seemed to be impossible goals and decided to help others in the same situation. I have been a personal trainer for 5 years now. I love my career and helping my clients achieve their own fitness goals whether that be weight Loss, Toning up, strength gain, muscle gain or losing pregnancy weight.
I’ve always been passionate about sport, starting when I was at school and I was picked to represent my school in cross country and 800m competitions and then progressed onto football. Several ankle injuries later I had to give up football and got into weight lifting and bootcamps. I noticed that the coaches were always so happy and I decided to go back to college and become one of those happy people and haven’t looked back since.
Nowadays I enjoy all types of weight related sports from Olympic lifting and strong man training to obstacle racing and CrossFit based gymnastics.
