Creatures of habit

You and I are creatures of habit.

That can work for us or against us.

Do you want to lose weight, get fit, beat stress and live a long, healthy for life?

Would you like to enjoy a long, healthy life, achieve your personal goals and grow to reach your full potential as a human being?

Imagine changing your everyday habits so that they work for you, not against you.

Think about it. You could just breeze through your day, knowing that all the time you will automatically be doing what’s best for you.

Just start with making a few simple changes to your day. You’ll lose a little weight, feel a little better, and then find it a lot easier to incorporate a few more healthy habits into your routine.

  1. Drink a glass of water when you wake up and before every mealwater-png-water-splash-heart-7

We all need to drink more water, it relieves fatigue and improves your mood. Plus when you drink a glass of water before you eat you’ll already feel a little more full and won’t be as tempted to eat past the point of hunger.

2. Cut out carbs

Hunger is the single worst side effect of dieting. It is one of the main reasons why many people feel miserable and eventually give up on their diets. One of the best things about eating low-carb is that it leads to an automatic reduction in appetite. Cutting carbs is one of the simplest and most effective ways to lose weight.

3. Use your spare time to be active

All it takes to have a good workout is 30 minutes or 45 minutes. So make your lunch break productive or get active straight after work. Wether you go for a walk, do a home workout, go to the gym or Bootcamp it all counts. It doesn’t matter what you do as long as you do something. You’ll burn a few calories, burn off some stress, and feel better when you climb back into the work saddle. And you’ll start to make fitness a part of your daily lifestyle without having to add to your already busy schedule.

I would love to hear how you get on, so keep me posted!

If you need some motivation to get active then we offer a 1 Week FREE Bootcamp trail which  you can apply HERE for.

Many thanks

Stevie 🙂
