Drink a glass of water when you wake up and before every meal
We all need to drink more water, it relieves fatigue and improves your mood. Plus when you drink a glass of water before you eat you’ll already feel a little more full and won’t be as tempted to eat past the point of hunger.
2. Cut out carbs
Hunger is the single worst side effect of dieting. It is one of the main reasons why many people feel miserable and eventually give up on their diets. One of the best things about eating low-carb is that it leads to an automatic reduction in appetite. Cutting carbs is one of the simplest and most effective ways to lose weight.
3. Use your spare time to be active
All it takes to have a good workout is 30 minutes or 45 minutes. So make your lunch break productive or get active straight after work. Wether you go for a walk, do a home workout, go to the gym or Bootcamp it all counts. It doesn’t matter what you do as long as you do something. You’ll burn a few calories, burn off some stress, and feel better when you climb back into the work saddle. And you’ll start to make fitness a part of your daily lifestyle without having to add to your already busy schedule.
