1. More calories for your Buck

Because they are a full body, high intensity exercise Burpees burn loads of calories. As they are high intensity they will raise your metabolism for hours after too! Meaning you burn extra calories even after you’ve finished and are at home on the sofa (The after burn effect)

2. Anywhere, Anytime

As they are a body weight exercise you will need zero equipment, No gym membership and not much time. You can do them at home, in a park, a soon as you wake up or just before you go to bed. Plus it doesn’t take long to get sweaty doing burpees so you don’t need 2 hours per day either.

3. Fat loss and Muscle tone

Because they are a full body exercise you will touch fat and build muscle all over your body. They work your thighs, Glutes (bum), Abs, Arms

4. Fitness, Endurance, Conditioning

Burpees really will get you fitter in no time at all. All the muscle burning and heart pumping will improve your stamina for whatever sport you are trying to improve at.

5. Can make any exercise better

By just adding burpees to your current programme you can ramp up your fat burning, muscle building and cardiovascular goals.
You could add them into the middle of your running training.
